We need to take the Customer Portal offline to conduct website maintenance and upgrades.
We always endeavour to alert you of our planned outages prior to this occurring. All offline notifications are published as a warning via an announcement at the Portal log-in screen.
In most cases the Elvidence Customer Portal is taken offline outside of working hours, to help minimise disruption to you and your organisation.
